I may not have been a "hippie" but I certainly did grow up during that era and most of my family and friends did too. So this fun stamp set from GinaK called So Groovy was just begging to be inked up! It also called for bright colors.
This card was rather fun to make. A different sketch, thanks to Card Patterns, is always fun to play around with. I used a cuttlebug folder for the yellow panel and several different sizes of circle Nesties for the main images. The colors in the DP were perfect for this. I paper pieced the television. Added a few brads for the dials on the tv. (yes I said dials!) A button and a bow just finished it off.Thanks for stopping by and for leaving a comment!

This is really fun! I remember the groovy 60s; your colorful circles remind me of Peter Max. I love the bright yellow embossed layer too, great backdrop for the funky focal image!
