Another Sunday has rolled around and that means another challenge based on scripture here at Stampin' Sisters in Christ!
This week Traci is our hostess and the verse she chose is Revelations 21:5. Be sure to stop by our home page to read her take on the scripture this week.
And He who sits on the throne said, "Behold, I am making all things new." And He [!] said, "Write, for these words are faithful and true."
Our challenge this week is to use something new on our card/project this week. It can be a new stamp, paper, or embellishment...or even a new technique or an idea that is new to you! Just have fun with your creation!!
Yesterday my son got married and I am sure that it was a lovely day. I am writing this a few early since the wedding is in our back yard and the preparations are keeping us hopping. A marriage is most definitely something new for both the bride and the groom. I get a new daughter - and I am so lucky that she comes with 3 lovely children who are now my grandchildren. How lucky I am!
I did use a new stamp set for this challenge and made this card for my son and his wife. It was a quick and easy card and totally suited their style.
Our sponsor this week is Nina Bracket and she is going to send the winner 2, yes 2 of her stamp sets! Lucky winner!
Be sure to stop by my SSIC design sisters (listed on the sidebar) to see what they have to share this week:

Oh what a beautiful wedding card that will be cherished forever along with all the happy memories you have made possible through this wedding! I can just picture the beautiful lake as a backdrop for a beautiful ceremony! Can't wait to hear all about it! I know you are exhausted today... but what a blessing to be able to offer that to your kids!

Grace
Hi Miesje, this is beautiful!! Love that paper and color and I'm sure the wedding was BEAUTIFUL!! Not much beats having your wedding at your own parents backyard. My dad actually married my husband and I which was very special... I'm sure your son's wedding was so special too! You are prolly smiled out by now (LOL) and tried from all your preparations. Hope you had lots of help cleaning up! :) Now it's time to take a li'l "Miesje time" -- take a nap, read a book, go to a spa! You deserve it *Ü*
